Nexcord started as an internal “RSS Ticketing System” at Reflex Sphere Studios LTD. Today, it’s a focused, AI-aware ticketing product built for communities that care about support, reliability, and clear workflows.
The earliest version of Nexcord wasn’t called Nexcord at all. It was an internal tool named RSS Ticketing System, designed to help our own teams structure Discord support, reduce chaos in DMs, and keep track of important conversations.
As more communities asked for similar workflows, we realized this wasn’t just an internal tool — it was the foundation for a focused Discord ticketing product. We redesigned the experience, hardened the backend, and layered analytics and automation on top.
In 2025, we made it official: the system was rebranded and launched as Nexcord, a product with a clear mission — make structured, reliable Discord ticketing accessible without requiring a full-time dev team.
Nexcord focuses on one thing: structured ticketing and support flows for Discord. It’s not trying to be everything — just extremely good at this one job.
These aren’t just brand words — they’re how we decide what to build, what to ship, and what to say no to.
We build for Discord communities, listening closely to their workflows, challenges, and feedback.
We treat every ticket and every interaction with enterprise-grade security and uptime standards.
We ship automation and AI features that are practical, transparent, and genuinely helpful.
We care about long-term relationships, not just installs. Your success is the core KPI.
