Refund Policy

1. Overview

Nexcord subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record.

When you make a purchase, you enter into a transaction with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, and refunds.


2. Refund Window

You can request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.


3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle using one of the following methods:

  • the link in your purchase receipt email;
  • the subscription management or billing link provided by Paddle; or
  • Paddle buyer support at https://paddle.net

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction where possible.


5. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
