What to check regularly

  • Current plan
  • Trial status
  • Subscription renewal state
  • Whether your server is approaching Free plan limits

Practical subscription routine

  • Review billing before major community events.
  • Upgrade before you hit verification or archive bottlenecks.
  • Make sure at least one owner knows where billing is managed.

If you move off Pro

When a server returns to Free, its behavior should be expected to follow Free plan limits again:

  • 200 verifications per month
  • 30-day transcript retention
  • 1 watched channel
