Moderation Tools
Nexcord's moderation tools let designated roles warn, mute, kick, ban, and unban members — all from Discord slash commands or the right-click context menu. Every action is logged in the dashboard.
Setting up Moderation
- Go to your server dashboard at nexcord.app/dashboard
- Select your server
- Navigate to Moderation → Moderation Settings
- Enable the toggle
- Optionally select a Discord log channel
- Under Moderator Roles, add roles and configure which actions each role can perform
- Click Save
Slash Commands

/warn @user reason | Log a warning against a member |
/mute @user duration reason | Timeout a member (e.g. 10m, 1h, 7d) |
/kick @user reason | Kick a member from the server |
/ban @user reason | Ban a member from the server |
/unban user_id reason | Unban a member by Discord user ID |
Context Menu
Right-click any member → Apps → Nexcord → Moderate Member
Select an action, fill in the reason and duration (for mute), and submit.
Mod Logs
All moderation actions are logged in the dashboard under Moderation → Mod Logs.
Pro plan users can also look up a member's full moderation history by entering their Discord user ID.
