Where to configure it

Open your server in the dashboard and go to the transcript settings area.

Scheduling behavior

Free plan servers can use daily and weekly auto-transcripts only. Pro unlocks all schedule options: hourly, 6h, 12h, daily, and weekly.

Recommended setup

  • Start with one high-value channel such as #support or #tickets.
  • Confirm the first scheduled run works as expected.
  • Expand coverage once you know the storage and workflow you want.
