Dashboard Setup

The dashboard is where server owners and admins configure transcripts, verification, and billing.

Open the dashboard

Go to https://nexcord.app/dashboard and sign in with Discord.

What happens after login

Nexcord syncs the servers you can manage and lists them in the dashboard. If a server does not appear:

  • Make sure the bot is already in the server.
  • Confirm your Discord account has sufficient server permissions.
  • Re-run the server sync if prompted.

First settings to review

Start with these areas:

Transcripts

  • Pick your watched channels.
  • Choose a schedule for automatic transcript collection.
  • Decide whether AI summarization should be enabled.

Verification

  • Select the verified role.
  • Select the verification channel.
  • Optionally add custom server rules and anti-abuse restrictions.

Billing

  • Review whether the server is on Free or Pro.
  • Start the 14-day free trial if you want unlimited limits before committing.

Free plan limits

  • 200 verifications per month
  • 30-day transcript retention
  • 1 watched channel

Pro plan limits

Pro is $4.99/month and includes a 14-day free trial, unlimited verifications per month, unlimited transcript retention, up to 5 watched channels, all schedule options, AI summarization, AI image vision, advanced verification guards, and priority support.

Good first-run workflow

  1. Configure one transcript channel.
  2. Run /transcript in Discord to test output.
  3. Configure verification with a test role and channel.
  4. Run /verification setup to post the verification entry point.
